I approach clients as equals. Rather than viewing autism as a collection of deficits to be corrected, I work collaboratively with clients to better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and build on their existing strengths.
I believe autistic people are complex, capable individuals—not projects to be fixed. My role is not to tell clients who they should become, but to help them better understand who they are, how they function, and how they can navigate a world that is not always designed with them in mind.
Our work is built on curiosity, mutual respect, trust, and creativity. Most clients meet with me weekly or every other week through secure Zoom sessions.
Learn MoreUnderstanding whether autism is the best explanation for a person's lifelong experiences requires looking at the whole person, not a single score or observation. My process integrates developmental history, lived experiences, behavioral observations, and standardized measures to build a comprehensive picture. Autism identification is based on the entirety of this information.
Learn MoreTired of being the only autistic person in the room? I have a group for you.
My groups are intentionally small and thoughtfully matched based on shared interests, life stage, communication style, and lived experience. Every group develops its own personality, but all share the same foundation: curiosity, authenticity, and mutual respect.
These groups are a place to bring real life. Members explore current challenges, relationships, work, family, identity, healthcare, and whatever else is on their minds with people who are likely to have faced similar situations. We question social norms, examine research, challenge assumptions, practice difficult conversations, and think through life's complexities together—without judgment, pretense, or unnecessary social performance.
